Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis only. If you need assistance with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to help.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Custom orders or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Each item is handcrafted, so there may be slight variances between the stock photos and the item you receive due to screen color differences and the unique nature of handmade goods. These small distinctions add to the charm of each piece.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

- We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: In the event a return has been approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving after receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
